RETURN / REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to enjoy every Friday Float piece you own. If something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our official Returns Portal:

Simply enter your order number and registered contact details, select the item(s), choose the reason, and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation via email.

What is the return window?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the last package of your order.

What are the eligibility conditions for returns?

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In resalable condition

  • With original tags, packaging, and all components intact

Items that do not pass our quality check will not be approved.

Which items are not eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags/components

  • Returns not initiated via the official Returns Portal

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a request via the Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery, along with clear images. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Yes. Exchanges are available for select variants, subject to stock availability.
Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Is there a return shipping charge?

Yes. A return shipping fee of INR 100 will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

How does the return pickup work?

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address

  • Simply handover the securely packed parcel to the delivery partner

You don’t need to ship the item yourself.

What are the available refund options?

Refunds are processed:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, where applicable

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and passes inspection. You’ll receive an email once your refund is approved.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before shipment or production.

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
